Citrus Citrus’ second single Sushi Sushi, taken from the forthcoming album
“In the Belly of The Eternal Draw“
A subtle tension that dialogues between the dry, immediate atmospheres of Californian Paisley Underground and the endless vertigo of krautrock patterns
A track that moves like an ever-changing kaleidoscope of sharp guitar lines and hypnotic rhythmic interlocks, in which small sudden deviations open glimpses of unexpected light. It is a testament to how the Padova-based psychedelic collective knows how to weave together distant influences – from 1980s Los Angeles psychedelia to German kosmische visions – filtering them through their own improvisational and contemporary approach
